Inspired by the natural weathering of copper, Infinity Villa embraces change as a design principle—allowing materials to age gracefully and develop character over time. Set within the desert landscape of Joshua Tree, the villa celebrates the quiet beauty found in evolution, patina, and the cycles of life.

Rooted in place, we drew inspiration from traditional earth-built desert dwellings. The villa utilizes thick earthen walls that naturally regulate temperature while facilitating a connection to the land. A palette of terracotta, travertine, orange marble, amazonite celebrity prime marble, textured plaster, brass, and hammered copper, reflects the colors and textures of the surrounding landscape as well as being reminiscent of natural patina and weathering of life.

The boundary between indoors and out is intentionally blurred. Flagstone flooring flows seamlessly from exterior terraces into interior living spaces, while natural materials and organic textures create a sense that the desert has always been part of the home, and the home being grown from the desert.

Like the copper that inspired Infinity Villa is designed to evolve with time, materials will weather, patinate, and soften growing more beautful with each passing season. Giving it infinite life cycles. This is architecture that honors how the desert responds to its environment and is crafted for a lifetime of living and evolution.
